Sun Salsa
2 Lbs chopped fresh Tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped Red Onion
1/2 Lb chopped fresh Tomatillos
1 Tbs Red Wine Vinegar
1/4 cup chopped fresh Cilantro
1/4 cup chopped fresh Basil
2 Tbs Olive Oil
1-2 tsp Goya Adobo Seasoning w/ Cumino
1/4 tsp fresh ground Pepper
1/4 tsp Sugar
Combine all ingredients in a large jar. Cover the jar lightly with a layer of cheese cloth, secure, and place in a sunny spot for 4 hours.
