Skillet Bread
1 cup Self Rising Flour
1/2-3/4 cup Skim Milk
In a small bowl, pour one cup of flour. Make well in middle of flour. Pour milk into well and mix with hand. As batter becomes stiff, form 6 balls and flatten each into 4"x1/2" pieces. Heat flat griddle and grease with small amount of canola oil. Place flattened out pieces onto hot griddle and cook on each side until browned.
