Indian Fried Corn



1/2 lb Bacon
1/2 Yellow Onion
1/2 Green Pepper
2 cups Corn (fresh cooked, frozen, or canned) Salt (to taste)

Cut bacon into chunks and fry, add into the pan, chopped onion and green pepper, saute until soft add corn and lightly salt. Simmer for at least thirty minutes on low heat. Serve hot!
