Hopi Corn Stew
1 cup Ground Meat
1 small Sweet Green Pepper, chopped
1 tbs Whole Wheat Flour
2 cups Green Corn,
cut from cobs
1 cup Summer Squash, cubed
Salt (to taste)
Fry meat in a little fat until browned. Add rest of ingredients, except flour, and cover with water. Simmer until vegetables are almost tender. Mix 2 tbs cooking water with 1 tbs whole wheat flour, and return to cook pot, simmer five more minutes while stirring.
