Carrot, Orange, and Radish Salad



1 lb. shredded Carrots
1 large Orange, cut into bite sized chunks
3/4 cup thinly sliced Radishes
1/2 cup chopped Cilantro
3 tbs. Olive Oil
2 tbs. Lemon Juice
2 tbs. Orange Juice
1 dash Orange-Blossom Water
1 dash Cinnamon
Salt and Pepper
Pita Wedges

Combine carrots, oranges, radishes, and cilantro in a salad bowl. Whisk together the olive oil, juices, water, cinnamon, satl and pepper, and ppour over the salad. Cover and chill. Serve garnished with pita wedges.
