Program ActivitiesHIV/AIDS Community Level Intervention NIWHRC partnered with the Association of American Indian Physicians (AAIP) and was awarded a contract with the Center for Disease Control and Prevention for Core Capacity Building. NIWHRC and AAIP with work with eight communities over the next three years to provide training in community level behavioral changes. The Quality of Life Project continues with staff completing surveys through one on one contact at the client’s home as well as contacting clients at health fairs. Surveys are being completed on American Indian/Alaska Native clients who are cancer survivors.
